All our  angel investors are accredited Investors.  Studies show that Angel investing success is linked to deep due diligence and active participation.   We offer angel education, collegiality,  direct participation in due diligence and flexible involvement.

15% of our angel investors are innovative physicians, and over 35% are women. Our experienced investors have a proven track record in managing and building successful companies.

We collaborate to share our due diligence and leverage our membership expertise.  Each member decides to invest after they review the Due Diligence report we create with our Analysts-in -Residence. 

Healthtech Capital reputation attracts quality entrepreneurs with over 20-30 monthly submissions to our portal.   

We review deals and negotiate investment terms as a group to obtain better terms and enable better portfolio diversification.

HTC members have access to a private web portal.  Also, we video-stream our screening meetings and due diligence sessions for remote access.
